  • The Firm acted as local counsel as to Lebanese law in connection with the establishment by a Lebanese bank of a US$1 Billion CD issuance program, and its approval by the Central Bank of Lebanon and the Capital Markets Authority.
  • The Firm acted as local counsel as to Lebanese law in connection with the marketing by an international bank of a US$500 Million certificates of deposit program established by a local bank.
  • The Firm acted as local counsel as to Lebanese law in connection with the marketing by an international bank of a US$300 Million certificates of deposit program established by a local bank.
  • The Firm acted as local counsel as to Lebanese law in connection with the issuance by a Lebanese bank of US$200 Million in preferred shares, and the redemption on an existing series of preferred shares.
  • The Firm acted as local counsel as to Lebanese law in connection with the issuance by a Lebanese bank of US$200 Million in preferred shares.
  • The Firm advised a Lebanese bank on the issuance of several series of certificates of deposit in an amount exceeding US$300 Million in aggregate.
  • The Firm acted as local counsel as to Lebanese law in connection with the marketing by a global bank of a US$500 Million certificates of deposit program established by a local bank.
