Lili Khairallah is a Senior Associate at the Firm.
Her practice is focused on public sector projects including public procurement, privatization and public private partnerships. She has advised governmental authorities on the procurement, licensing and development of infrastructure projects in the telecommunications, energy and other sectors including the analysis of the legal framework, the design of the contractual structure, the conduct of vendor due diligence and the drafting of tender documents and project contracts. Lili was also involved in the development and update of public policies and related institutional reforms. Her experience also covers the corporate and commercial practice having been involved in corporate set-ups, restructurings and acquisitions and in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Lili holds a License en Droit in Lebanese law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and a Masters in Public Law from Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.
